We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Meaning all customers have 30 days to see if they’re happy with the product that they bought, and if not, send us an email and we will refund it in full. We won’t accept returns after 30 days of purchase. Customers can return a purchase without any reason within 30 days to the original method of payment.
Please note: All refunds must be requested by sending an email to: support@FreelanceRevolution.com with the date of your purchase and email associated with it.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at support@FreelanceRevolution.com with your Order Number and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 Business Days days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
